The Beacon Projects are a distinguished best practice examples of Nearly Zero Energy Buildings implemented in PassReg regions, both front runner and aspiring, which make exemplary use of the PassREg strategy: Passive House principles plus renewables to cover the remaining energy demand where possible. These case studies will teach us much about the applicability and effectiveness of solutions for both the creation and optimization of PassREg success models.
