General description
The “Sunny House” project will be Nearly Zero Energy Building or Passive House model located in the beautiful area near the Bundek park. This is a public use building (cafe’s and restaurants) so it has the added value of being able to familiarize key decision makers and the public with NZEBs solutions. This project will also help the City to better define and support RES goals.
